EMRC advised and facilitated in securing the commitment of Kaduna State Government to the project proposed by the client - a 125-150 MWp project connected to the 132 kV line between Kaduna and Kano. This work consisted of attending meetings and performing occasional communications with the Governor and/or officials appointed by the Governor related to the project. MRC also reviewed initial letters and reports that were submitted to the Governor and his team. Subsequently EMRC:

1. Advised on Kaduna Solar Power Project from conception, structure, development, implementation and financing to post completion formalities;
2. Attended relevant strategy meetings as required for the realisation of the project;
3. Participated in the initial drafting and review of PPAs as requested.
