EMRC were due diligence advisors to a group of international investors considering acquiring an investment in one of the successor gas-fired thermal generators. EMRC advised on:

1. Power sale and PPA,
2. Gas availability, transport and pricing,
3. Market liquidity and structure,
4. Legal and regulatory regime and tariffs and
5. Produced a financial model for the Geregu project to calculate adjustments necessary to the price bid by the client.
